Confirm the job and the payment is released. Without a dispute it releases automatically 7 days after delivery. If you dispute, an admin decides, with a full refund if you win.

Who verifies what
Payments and identity checks run through Stripe. This is exactly what each side goes through.
Payments held in escrow
You pay through Stripe after the servicer accepts your booking. The money is released when you confirm the job, automatically 7 days after delivery if you don't open a dispute, or as an admin decides if you do. If the admin rules for you, you get a full refund. Stripe handles your card and bank details, and we never see them.
Document photos stay with Stripe
Servicers verify a government ID and a matching selfie through Stripe Identity. Stripe processes those photos. We do not store them, and other users never see them.
Servicers are verified, players are not
Players book with a name and a Tibia character. Servicers must pass Stripe identity verification before their profile can go live, so the person playing on your account is accountable.

You pay through Stripe once the servicer accepts your booking, and the money is held in escrow. For players: your name, email address and the Tibia characters you add. For servicers we also keep the result of the Stripe identity check. The ID and selfie photos are processed by Stripe and are not stored by Tibia Service.

Stripe is a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your card and bank details go directly to Stripe. Tibia Service never stores them and cannot see them.
Yes, through a dispute. Open it within 7 days of delivery, before the automatic release. If the admin rules in your favour, you get a full refund through Stripe. Refunds usually take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
